East Frisia and its inhabitants

The attraction of our sea-fringed shores unfolds magically. Emerald green island chains in the blue sea, beckoning with velvety beaches. Sand and shell limestone caress the wandering foot, gentle waves play around sandcastles built by children. But even equipped with the aforementioned sou'wester, rubber boots and East Frisian coat (travellers to East Frisia like to wear this distinctive clothing), the happy holiday mood remains unbroken. In keeping with the motto: There is no such thing as bad weather - only bad clothing - guests can console themselves with East Frisian culinary delicacies in a hearty atmosphere. There is plenty of it and it is delicious too! Numerous museums, pretty towns and villages, idylls permeated by canals and rivers compensate those seeking relaxation for some dreams that may remain unfulfilled (there really are no palm trees here, nor camels or crocodiles).
