The guest accommodation contract is deemed to be concluded when the provision of holiday accommodation has been confirmed by the landlord, the Landgasthaus Leezdorfer Hof, Am Sandkasten 80, 26529 Leezdorf (hereinafter referred to as the landlord). Confirmations are usually made in writing. For short-term bookings and on special request, confirmations by telephone are also accepted.

The tenant's booking is valid when the booking form is sent. The landlord compares the booking with the available capacities and a booking confirmation is usually created within 48 hours. This is sent to the tenant by email or by traditional post.

The tenant pays the total price of the booking on the day of arrival in cash or by credit/debit card.

Bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. The cancellation fee is 100%. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival times are from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. If the tenant is delayed in arriving, he or she must inform the landlord in good time. If the tenant has not arrived or reported in by 10:00 p.m., the landlord has the right to release the rental property for further rental in order to minimize damage. In general, we would be very pleased if you would let us know the approximate time of your arrival in advance.

The day of arrival and departure are considered one day for the reservation.

The tenant will be held liable for any damage or shortage of inventory and furniture that occurs during the rental period, without proof of fault.

The use of the communal facilities, the garden, the playgrounds and the technical equipment provided is at your own risk.

The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to any property brought into the property, including cars.

On the day of departure, the accommodation units must be vacated and properly handed over by 10:00 a.m. If you stay in the accommodation units until 2:00 p.m., you will be charged half a day; after that, you will be charged one day.

Prospectus liability or internet liability is excluded in any form.

The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is D - 26506 Norden.
